Delete your Padool account
The fastest way to delete your account is inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can use the fallback instructions below.
Delete inside the app
- Open Padool and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Data & Privacy.
- Choose Delete account & data.
- Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.
What is deleted
- Your Padool authentication account.
- Your synced profile and personalization data.
- Your onboarding state.
- Your synced season, week, day, archive, and related planning data.
- Your local Padool app data on the device where you perform the deletion flow.
What may remain for a limited time
Product analytics, crash diagnostics, and optional support submissions that were already processed before deletion may remain in service-provider systems for their standard retention windows.
If you cannot access the app
Send a deletion request to simantaparidaux@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Padool account, or include enough details for us to verify ownership safely.
